Samsung "Eye Scanner" Debut in Galaxy Note 4?

Biometric features increasingly used as a safety device in a mobile device. After Apple and Samsung embed fingerprint sensors for the iPhone 5s and Galaxy S5, now Samsung wants to step in front of the scanner again to prepare the eye's retina.

Eye scanner itself is a technology that recognizes the unique pattern of the iris which surrounds the pupil of the eye. Just like fingerprints, iris shape of each person is different and there is no the same. This technology is known to be more secure than a fingerprint scanner.

Eye scanner features that will be integrated into Samsung's mobile device was first leaked by Exynos Twitter account, the company's mobile processor manufacturer Samsung.

In a Twitter chirp dated July 12, 2014, the Exynos says "Security can be enhanced with unique features that we have. That's our goal". Chirp was also equipped with an image display screen smartphone in the eye being scanned.

On the right side of the picture looks like a telephone bill, electricity, and supermarkets. Through these images, as if Samsung wants to convey that feature retinal scans will be used to make payments.

However, according to Digital Trends (13/07/2014), to keep in mind is, the chirp new Exynos comes from a Twitter account, which is usually more toward the technical or still a theory, not of the official account of Samsung Mobile.

Galaxy S5 itself previously rumored to be fitted with a retinal scanner, as well as the Galaxy F which is still mysterious.

There is also a report that retinal scanner features will be embedded in Samsung Galaxy Note phablet 4 which will be released at the end of this year.

To be more clear about this rumor retinal scanner, it helps us both waiting for an official announcement from Samsung.
