Everyone has a favorite smartphone that they consider to be the smartest phone . However , of course there is no perfect mobile device . Independent research institute , Fixya , has issued a new report on the most hated person on his smartphone .
The survey involved a sample of more than 13,000 people . The results of the survey reveal the most frequent complaint of iPhone users 5s , S4 Galaxy , HTC and Moto X.
Start of iPhone 5s . Most of the customers have complained two major problems in the production of Apple's smartphone . The second big issue was no ID on the battery and touch through fingerprint scanner . In fact , these are the distinguishing features of the iPhone 5s with other smartphones .
Fixya noted it is common battery problems complained by users of high-powered smartphones , such as iPhone 5s and Galaxy S4 . Meanwhile , complaints about the touch- system ID is a unique problem for iPhone users . However , complaints about ID not touch most of its use . Rather , privacy and security related issues . Apparently, Apple has its security -related homework .
Meanwhile , users of the Galaxy S4 easy matter most to suffer the heat ( overheating ) that mobile devices . Although , in a release said Fixya , overheating is common for high -powered smartphones .
As for HTC , most users complain of battery life , followed by the camera and audio quality . Two complaints last quite surprising , because the flagship smartphone HTC is widely recognized as a smart phone that has the best speaker systems in the business .
Lastly, Moto X. This one smartphone users complained about the coral data storage which is exacerbated by the lack of a microSD card slot . Fixya commented only option to expand storage with cloud services . ( Yahoo )
