Rumours of Nokia to build an Android-based phone codenamed " Nokia Normandy " quite crowded discussed throughout the end of this year . According to rumors , the project is led by Peter Skillman , a Head of Design HERE is a former VP of MeeGo UX and Services Design . Peter and the team at Nokia allegedly working on several Android devices , including the 7-inch tablet armed with a Snapdragon 400 .
Nokia Android development project itself is done separately from the division to be withdrawn by Microsoft , but one of the points of agreement mentions that the company may not sell mobile phones under the Nokia brand for two years .
