Frenetic about the iPhone 5S and 5C has subsided , replaced new rumors about the next device from Apple .
One recent report from Chinese media cited by IBTimes said that Apple was preparing the iPhone product with a large screen to be introduced in May.
" Phablet " iPhone reportedly also will be included in a different category of products separate from the iPhone ( smart phone ) .
iPhone itself is predicted to have a successor named " iPhone Air " or the 6th generation iPhone will overtake launched in September this year .
iPhone Water mentioned will have a very thin physical dimension , such as the iPad Air when compared with the previous generation iPad . Korea's ET News media claim that this smart phone is only 6 mm thick ( compared to the iPhone 5S which has a thickness of 7.6 mm ) .
Offal two devices above , according to the information , the possibility will be strengthened Apple's new A8 chips are made with 20 nm fabrication process at Taiwan Semiconductor Manufacturing Company ( TSMC ) .
